For most people in the world, especially Americans, the stable home, car, pets, kids, and vacation time for all major holidays, and the ability to pay for the education for the kids is just a pure impossibility.
America likes to depict itself as an accepting country with opportunities for all, but the reality is far from benevolent or accepting.
What was once very viable with just a college degree now requires much more from oneself to achieve the most basic of comforts.

The Unrealistic Expectations of the Blue Collar Worker

As it stands, majority of the workers in the US are suffering from extreme levels of stress in the workplace.
Often times, the management for Blue Collar jobs is fundamentally different from the service provided by the workers.
More Blue Collar Workers in the world today are becoming willing to quite their jobs due to the ever growing work load and minimal pay raises compared to said work load.
